I initially never wanted to teach yoga. Once, I graduated from my first training I figured that I can't change the whole world but can impact and support individuals by teaching yoga. 

Yoga will help you to remain or become more flexible. If you are familiar with the yin&yang concept you know that balance is key. Even if you are working out (a lot) - training your flexibility is key to prevent yourself from injuries. If you are sitting in front of your laptop all day long - yoga is a must have for you!
